Where do you deliver to, and how long does shipping take? 🌎⏱ 

🌎 We currently deliver to the European Union (EU). We are planning on expanding the delivery area at some point.

⏲️ Let’s talk facts! The delivery time is composed of two periods. Shipping times include a 3-day processing period and 1-2 days within Germany or 3-6 days with the EU. Customs and peak holiday periods may impact delivery times.

How will my order be shipped, and can I track my shipment? 💨🔎

💨 We value our planet! In Germany all shipments sent with our shipping service provider DHL are sent with climate-neutral shipping 'GoGreen' as standard and UPS for other locations. 

🔎 After your order is handed over to the shipping company, we'll email you a tracking number, allowing you to check up on your shipment's progress. 

How are the products packaged? 📦

Recycled and recyclable! All packaging materials are 100% plastic-free. Our cardboard boxes are made of FSC® certified cardboard. The packaging tape and the shipping label are made of paper.  

Safety first! To protect the textiles, the packages are lined with tissue paper. 

What should I do if my delivery has not arrived?  📭 

If your delivery has not been delivered as stated, please contact us immediately by e-mail ( We will make a follow-up request with the carrier. Please note that this must be submitted no later than 6 days after the scheduled delivery for DHL and 10 days for UPS.  

Can I make changes to or return my order? 👀 🔙 

👀 If you inform us about changes such as design, color or size by 8 AM (CET/CEST) after your order, we can forward it to our partner. After that time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed.  

🔙 We're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your new aelai product. If you find yourself not 100% happy, no worries - you have a 14-day window to initiate a return. Simply reach out to us at, adding your order number, a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction, and any additional important details, like your favourite meme or GIF. 


If you simply want to exchange your product to a different design or size, we'll gladly accommodate your request.  


If not, we will initiate a refund upon receiving the returned product. Please be aware that you need to cover the shipping cost for returning the items.
